Is there no way to switch to paperless bill online? My letter from EE says I can.

Hi @bumbulls

Could you blank out the personal information before uploading please?

Chris

Here is a snap of the second letter received from EE clearly stating  I can change to paperless billing online via myEEDSC_2238.JPG

Hi @bumbulls,

The letter is to advise that if you switch to online bills, you can view them in My EE, not that you can make the change in My EE.

I'm sorry for any confusion caused.

James

I don't understand why switching to paperless billing can't be done online. Il

@Leanne_T see below - Your web site says don't call 150 unless it's urgent as you're very busy so please can we have the link offered in the cover letter.

Thx

Hi @hoarwithy

I can't find any way to do it in the My EE account.

Go to 150 and end up where you 'wish to close the account' - they answer quicker.

The reason why they make this so hard is that there is a £2.50 monthly charge - quite a lucrative income stream!

Really poor.

I agree it is really poor, but my point was that for the last three bills there has been this cover letter saying how our bills have a new look, and including the statement that we "can switch to receive all future bills online at My EE." That's a direct quote and it doesn't seem to bear any resemblance to actual fact.

I live in a low signal and cannot make calls readily from home, so dialling 150 is not a realistic option for me. I really don't need a three page paper bill telling me I've not exceeded my allowance, especially when they text me if I'm getting close to my limits anyway.

Come on EE, get it sorted, with a prominent link from the bills page.
