I would like to remove my ex partner off my bills as in cannot afford to pay for him anymore because it’s way to expensive the bill is now £220.40 

my original bill is meant to be £34 

my ex partners bill is £53 

I just cannot afford it anymore

@Kerryscott23  then you need to call customer support and request a change of ownership ideally with him present or if not you’ll be given a code that you need to give to your ex partner so they can call customer support and they then give them this code to proceed with the change of ownership.  or alternatively, and this is a bit malicious you have the right to terminate any contract on your account.  You’ll be liable to pay off any remaining contract term. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
