Hello. I need to change my home address please. I ordered new phone and it’s been delivered to my old address. How do I do that ??

Hi @gosieeek1303, 

Sorry to hear your phone has been delivered to your old address. If you are unable to get the phone from your old address, you will need to give us a call on 150 from an EE mobile or 07953 966 150 to report to us that your phone has been delivered to an incorrect address. We can then arrange to recover the phone. 

Whilst on the call to us the guide will also update your address to the correct address. However you can also update your address anytime via your EE ID online account on the website. From the home page select Plans and Subscriptions and on this page there is an Address box and you would just click Change address.

If you log into your online account then you can update your address for your account.

I've removed your address details so that it is not visible for anyone to see. 

If you need to update the address on your account, please login to your EE account on the website, where you can update the address in your profile.

Alternatively, you can give our customer service guides a call, and they can update the address for you.

I've amended your post to remove the address as this is a public forum and personal information should not be posted.

We don't have access to your account to amend the address here, but you can change the address yourself by logging in to your EE account on the website, where you can update the address in your profile.

Alternatively, if you give our customer service guides a call, and they can access your account and update the address for you.
