I've been trying for a week too and although it initially says "our new visual service will get you there quicker than ever before", it then gives a second message "We regret that the service is temporarily unavailable". Considering the amount of money I'm paying EE, this is atrocious customer service, especially when I've found no way to email EE or to use live chat etc.
What is your solution please James_B?

Choose option 2 from the IVR top menu, instead of option 1 for the "visual service"
