yes i was just trying to upgrade and thay said to me i got a ban spend how can that be as was going to upgrade on line but nothing happend and that told me to ring billing so i will do tommorw as i need to know what's going on is this normal

Its not a "ban" on spend or something that you 'get', BAN (Billing Account Number) Spend is the maximum amount of spend allowed on a monthly basis and is individual to each account.
Every account has one, but for some accounts it can be lower than others dependent on a variety of factors.
Your best bet is to get in touch with the billing team and they will have a look at if this can be reviewed.
