Woke up this morning no internet, I had set up a direct debit when I first took out broadband with EE it’s obviously failed at some point don’t know how as my phones and sims are through EE and paid with the same account. I’ve gone on and paid manually and set up a new direct debit still no internet, it’s saying paid but still no service how long am I looking at for service to resume?

@Salad85 It takes up to 24 hours for the service to restore after payment.
