When i entered order reference number shows error…!!  I entered the same number from the EE product order confirmation mail

Hi @Aparna3690 

Is your order tracker number 10-12 digits long? Please bear in mind that the tracking is only currently set up for tracking individual mobile phone orders. If you've ordered something different, or ordered multiple items, the tracking may not work.

The courier company will be in touch with you when your order is ready to be delivered.
