@Merv6   You can change the billing date via your online account.  If you’re already received a bill you can’t change it for this bill it will change on the next billing cycle. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have mentel health and dont know ho2 to get into my account .sorry
