Hello, I have been with EE for YEARS. I have rtied several times this year to change my payment date and EE didn't do this properly. Finally been changed, I messaged this week and was told CATEGORICALLY my service would be fine until 30/11/2023. Guess what? They have cut me off today.
Once again, cannot contact my children, my partner, and unable to use my banking service. Totally unacceptable.

They suggest using the App to chat, or text to message - CANNOT DO THAT!!!!!!

EE CS can be contacted on 0800 0798586 from any working phone, it doesn't need to be an EE one.
