Why is there no option to email or live chat to an agent?

Contract expired in Aug 2023 but I'm still being billed £90 a month for it? Driving me nuts trying to get a hold of someone. Live chat just doesn't seem to exist nor an email route.

Is there a way to contact ee without phoning them ? I always found the chat or email quicker than hanging about on hold for ages (no one has time for that nowadays)

@fyona22  Emails are too slow to deal with customer issues that’s why there is no email address for you to use .  Live chat is available if you log into your online account and wait for a live chat window to pop up.    And live chat is not necessary always quicker than calling customer services because you are speaking to the same agents whether you call them or use live chat and an agent can only live chat if they are free to chat.    And after all it is a mobile phone and it’s saving its purpose when you use it  to make a call.

once your contract reached its minimum term It changed to a 30 day rolling contract as per your  contract T&Cs which is why you’ve continued to being charged this amount.  Only now can you take out a contract and have a separate device contract and a tariff contract.  so once you’ve completed paying off your device, your only billed for the tariff if you do nothing about it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

3 days ive logged in to and waited for an chat window to pop up....its doesn't. Waited so long the app logs me out.

Ah that's the magic bit, is I don't want a new contract but there is no way to cancel the blooming rolling one cause no one is available to help.

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away. There will however be a 10% discount after 3 months. If you no longer want it you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract.

What is it then?

You can't cancel by Chat; only by phoning or by letter with 30 days notice.
