I was charged twice, the website does not show how many minutes, SMS and megabytes I have now?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

says that I have minutes, SMS and megabytes. But they took money from me twice, write that the package is for 30 days
