Problems with getting the switching fee from EE

Heslopali
Visitor

Recently moved from Sky to EE broadband, EE promised to pay switching fee which was only £27. Despite contacting EE several times and Emailing the Sky bills to them and still being told I need my address on the bill. Sky do not do this according to more than 1 Sky call operator , they only sent bills by email and without the customers address. So what do I do now? Surely there must be more than me changing Broadband from Sky to EE. Please advise on what to do next, that will help, because EE is not helping at all.

If your Sky broadband was fixed-line, they're supplying services to a specific address.

Yet they're apparently not prepared to issue bills with that address on... I don't believe them. I have never known a utility supplier not have addresses on bills.

There's something not adding up here. I think "more than 1Sky call operator" may be telling porky pies.

@Heslopali Goto your sky account and download the bill as a PDF, there is not one off my sky bills that does not have the Account number top right and direct below that the full Name and Address details at all! Even my closeout one for the End off the sky had it all!
