Price Rise in April

I am due an upgrade on my contract in April.

If I upgrade between 1 March 2023 and 31 March 2023, do I avoid the price increase on my new contract? (and equally, on any other contract with a supplier assuming the same T&Cs?).

@frogman12   Even if you upgrade now you’ll still get a price increase next year and the year after.  It might be a lower price increase in them years there is no way of knowing.   If you want to make sure you don’t get it this year give it a week in to March before you upgrade.

EE have to give you 30 days notice of any price increase even though it is stipulated in the contract that you agree to.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Only if you upgrade on 31 March or later.

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thanks - so the solution is, wait until March and then I'll avoid a price increase until 2024.
