I had a random unauthorised contract change occur on my mobile phone. Amber in the Newcastle call centre was swiftly on the case. She submitted a form to fraud and reverted the contract back to its original one and credited me the extra costs on my next bill . She dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently and resolved it. Brilliant customer service I hope this gets fed back to her
