When can I Upgrade without price increase in April

I can do an upgrade anytime for free now, but at what point can I upgrade and miss the increase from the 1st of April please? Is it from 1st March or later in the month?

@mattsonthebeach I’m just bear in mind that EE could change the tariff costs.
The price increase is £1.50 on a contract taken out now.
