Hi,

I am abroad to study since September 2024 and I will be back in September in London.

How can I suspend moving forward my plan and restart in September.

Many thanks,

Raphael

Contracts can't be suspended but you may cancel it with 30 days notice & request it be moved to PAYG so as to keep your no.

@Raph04 , just to add, if you request to move to pay as you goo, you first need to activate and use the SIM card in the UK for it to work abroad.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Raph04  If you do terminate you also have to pay off the remaining term of that contract.  And as @Schockwave  says it’ll not work if you’re outside the UK should you make request also to change to PAYG.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
