When I log into the EE mobile app, in the billing section, I have 4 account numbers listed, my current account and 3 previous accounts. Is it possible to get rid of the 3 previous accounts?

Please give our Customer Service team a call on 150 where a guide have access to remove the three old accounts from your online login.

Guessing they are going to stay where they are then, calling is not convenient.

I did just that and was told it would be done in 5 days, but nothing changed, so guessing the guides don't want to help in this case.

If the accounts are still showing, I’d recommend getting back in touch with our customer support team. They’ll look into the issue further, and if needed, they can escalate this to be investigated further.

I'm just going to send a complaint over to the CEO complaints team, I was told it would be done and wasn't, I am not calling to be lied to again.
