Hello there last night while I was half asleep and playing with the app I’ve pressed the leave EE button in app by accident (included picture). I’ve then got a text saying this ( included picture ) this doest mean I’ve ended my contract doesn’t it? Or is it just telling me what it would cost if I ended my contract now? Thanks for any help

Nowt to worry about! All you've done is request your Early Termination Fee should you decide to cancel your contract. You haven't actually cancelled your contract.
