I cancelled my mobile account by accident this morning. How do I undo my mistake? I cannot see a way to undo my mistake via the website. I can only see an option to view my final bill, but no option to cancel my request.
I went online to pay my bill. I kept seeing options to link my bills which I did not understand, so I hit cancel thinking I could link my accounts later, thinking I was just asking not to link my bills yet, but later.
Why was there no wartning message to say are you sure you wish to cancel your EE account?
I just wanted to pay my bill. I felt like I was being forced to link my accouts when I wanted to do this later.
I feel so frustrated right now.

@Numklop83 : How did you cancel your contract by accident? To cancel you need to phone CS. How could you phone them & mistakenly tell them to cancel your contract?
To cancel a contract you need to give 30 days notice. As you are still early in that notice period you can phone them again & withdraw your notice.
