How to uncancel contract, I pressed to cancel contract by accident

I pressed to cancel my contract by accident I wanted to see my remaining balance. Is there a way I can back track this.

What or where did you "press to cancel"?

EE have no online cancellation option for mobile contracts.

You haven't cancelled your contract by pressing something online. You have merely asked for the the cost of cancelling the contract if you were to cancel.

You can only cancel by phone or by letter.

The message says Hi from EE, your total charge for ending your contract early for … is £…(excluding any outstanding add-to-plan product payments). This will show on your final EE bill, find out more here ee.co.uk/leavingus Thanks
