Hi,
My Mum is 91 and I've just registered Power of Attorney with her Bank. I can see that there are two separate payments - of quite substantial amounts - going to EE every month, but I've no details or copy bills. She does have an old mobile phone, so one of the payments will be for that, I guess. I've no idea what her EE account number is or how to easily get hold of copy bills. Can anyone point me in the right direction, please.
Thanks

@NBAX9 :
Refer to Change my account in the case of a life event :
Transfer to a friend, colleague or family member
To change the account holder name on your mobile account and transfer it to a new owner, give us a call when both you and the new account holder are together.
To transfer the account:
- call 150 from your EE phone
- call 07973 100 150 from any phone
Things to remember:
- the number must have been active on our network for three months
- there must be no outstanding balance
- the new account holder should have their credit or debit card ready for a credit check (if they don’t already have an EE account)
- if you have a multi-plan discount on the line it will be removed
