Not happy with the service at EE. Just tried for the last hour to talk to somebody about registering as my Father in Laws power of attorney and they didn't have a clue. This website is now useless, it used to be easy to talk to someone online or via the phone. Now you get nothing. All other companies websites have links for POA, this one doesn't have anything. Sadly lacking in customer service even though you pay a premium for its prices.
