My phone got cut off yesterday and yet my bill is due 23rd Dec - have paid yesterday via the web (come out of the bank) and it’s still cut off and saying I haven’t paid on the app. Tried to log in to my account on the website but it’s showing an error?

@Rocketgob if you’ve now paid your bill, it’ll take up to 24 hours before you get to work in service again

It’s now over 24 hours and still cut off and still says bill overdue

If it has been more than 24 hours, I would recommend speaking to our billing guides from another phone so they can have a look at your account and see what is happening.
