I’m very disappointed on EEs handling of my billing complaint and overcharging. They promised a supervisor was handling it refusing to talk to me and with impudence added late charges to my account. That not sufficient for them blocked me and sent another bill and charged me late payment again for a bill that isn’t due yet.
I need to know who to contact to claim my money back and compensation as the have cost me so much

@Nwachi Late fees are added to the next bill should you ever miss a bill payment date. So the question is did you ever miss a payment date to incur late fees on the next bill ? They can’t add late fees to a bill you’ve already been issued as it’s been issued.

@Nwachi if you wish to make a complaint, you can use THIS
regardless if a bill is being contested, you still need to pay any other bills that you receive. As I said late fees are added to the next bill and you say you’ve had 2 late fees applied so that two bills that haven’t been paid by the due date.
If it is found you have been over charged you’ll be refunded but you still need to pay the bill until it’s resolved on time.
