Anyone had problems with paying their bill , it showing as going through on bank acc but still shows on EE as needing payment !
spoke to customer services who said it can take 24 hrs to update but it’s never happened before and I’ve not had the usual “ thanks for your payment “ .

@RF64 You have to allow up to 24h for your account to update. Just because it’s not happened before doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be allowing up to 24h for it to update to reflect the change.
