Billing Question

My bill adds up to 52 but I am charged 84. I don't see any details in the bill that explains how EE gets to 84 from 52.

Hi @amkhan25

Welcome to the community.

If you have downloaded the full bill in the EE app or EE website to have a look at the breakdown of the charges and you still aren't sure what is happening, please give our billing guides a call.

They can bring up your bill and talk you through the charges to see why it has come to the amount it has.

This is not helpful at all. Don't you think I would have looked at the detail bill statement? There is nothing that reconciles the discrepancy between 52 and 84. This should not be a mystery to the customer

very unhelpful reply

This is a public internet forum, and no-one on this board has access to your individual account to view your bill. Further, many  users post on here with varying levels of knowledge or prior checks - it's not at all uncommon for people to post on here without having checked their bill.

EE-CS have access to your individual account and can check the bill further for you. It's unfortunate that you feel that the previous posts were unhelpful, when the only other alternative would be for you to post screenshots of your bill to this public forum - identifying your details in this way would not be wise!

The bill will give a breakdown both in the app/website & on the pdf if you download it, if you're striggling then I'd suggest calling customer services
