Payment made but unrecognised

I’ve just recent payed my phone bill and on the app + website, it is stating that I haven’t made the payment at all, I was just wondering if anyone knew how I could get some help or try to resolve this matter, thank you in advance

You may have wait for the Billing System to update, check again after Midnight or Tomorrow Morning.
