I have been trying to pay my sim contract bills for three days. Today the third day i am now overdue. I have tried on the app but i cannot get past the pay now page.when i press the pay now button the page turns but doesn’t load. I get this page? And have called 150 yesterday, waited for a call back? Nothing. Called today 150 same same? Can i have some help please? Thanks. Anyone….😕

Also thank you for all the advice, whether it helped or not lol. Called 150 and i think it said up to 30 minute wait and offered the callback.
I still though, as of literally 3 minutes ago cannot get to pay. Very frustrating. Some page blah blah. **bleep** free contracts it is then?

When you call 150 you should get the option for billing and possibly making a payment using the IVR, do you get this?

@Knighty3 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Your not the only one and when you challenge late payment charge they will refuse to credit it as in there words many ways to pay them. I told them there IT not fit for purpose but no luck.
