I tried to pay my contract early, but instead of it taking that money, it charged me again and kept it as overpayment, what does this mean? What’s happens with my money??

@Reece971  when you receive a bill it automatically starts the process to take the payment via direct debit even if you pay it manually.  If you had paid before receiving the bill it’ll of use that instead and it wouldn’t have proceeded with the DD.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

so if it’s in my credit, will I be able to pay it off with that instead of it coming out of my direct debit?

Yes, that's what will happen on your next bill. The DD will be auto reduced by the amount of credit.
