Hi, I’m being charged £25 each month for a contract for an apple watch which EE told me was paid and finished in August 2024. I have emailed EE and text them however I have heard nothing back. EE themselves informed me that the watch contract was finished so it’s not as if they aren’t aware. Anyone have any advice? I’m living out a terminal diagnosis of 6-8 months and this worry is not what I envisioned my final few months would involve

These contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.
