Overcharged

Hi ,

I have a contract phone and was suppose to pay £37 pounds per month .

Since contract started I have been charged a different amount each month .

I have spoken with EE and had refund for dates up from March April and May , now only to find. Incorrect charges on account again for months June July and August .

I am very frustrated and feel EE have breached the terms of the conditions of the contract and now want to cancel the agreement that EE have not adhered to .

Any help or advice on this matter to my rights would be greatly appreciated .

Thanks ,

S .

Yes, check your bill's breakdown of its charges thoroughly for what you've been charged for.

Can I speak with a member of staff here ?

You may @Tag a member of the EE Community staff here but they are not CS, only here to deal with the Community itself & answer general Qs. None of us certainly can't help with your specific a/c.

Hi @5cuba5teve

Do you know what the extra charges are for? They should be detailed on your bill. Once you know what these are, it will help you keep the price to the minimum each month.

You can check your bills in your My EE account.
