Hi sorry to bother you but what is this 50 pound all about I never agreed to pay this it was zero charge and 33 a month I can not afford 83 I never agreed to this

It's probably a refundable security deposit against roaming. If you don't intend to go a'roaming ask CS for it to be refunded.
