i have tried to log in to download my invoice but i keep getting this error message

What happened?

this has happened over the last few days - how can i get a copy of my invoice if i cannot log in to my account

i have tried both Chrome and Edge. and both dont work

Do you see the same message viewing your bill in the My EE app and My EE account online?

i dont have the app for this phone  only online as i can see better online

I would suggest giving us a call on 150 and the team can get this looked into further for you and raise a support ticket if needed for your My EE account.
