I changed my phone in may 2022 kept same number with ee same provider. I need to access months of aug and sept 2021 but they have disappeared. I need to prove I made a call for legal reasons.

EE were not helpful and then wasted an hour of my time trying to upgrade my plan which I was assured would retrieve this data.  The plan failed as never received a call back saying my bank card declined which was utter nonsense.  To attempts were made to my card and verified by my bank.  How can I get this call history as it is integral to my case.  Very frustrated and need help.

@Kp53  unless you have itemised billing in place at the time then you cannot get your call history and this isn’t available for pay-as-you-go.  Changing to a contract will not get this history also.

if it’s a legal matter than this can be requested via legal means you can not do this yourself.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Kp53 : You could perhaps submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) by using the online GDPR Form. That should include outgoing calls & texts. It normally takes up to a month but could take up to 3 months.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

thanks again for your facts.  I will take this path then and not waste any further time on the app or calls.

  • This link does not work for call log as refers all billing to go to ee app which is for itemised billing. Irrelevant to me as am pay as you go customer. Thank you for your input though.
