Why am I still paying so much for my phone when I’m out of contract??? Someone needs to call me to make a change this is ridiculous

@Kyls : EE's traditional contracts have no concept of paying off the handset. You agreed to pay the same price for the full duration of the total bundled contract. There will however be a 10% discount 3 months after the end of min. term. You may always choose to upgrade your contract to a cheaper SIM-Only contract from the last 45 days of your contract term.

Hi @Kyls Some great advice there from @XRaySpeX
Although we can't arrange a call back for you here in the Community, you can give us a call by dialling 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone, then one of our guides can look at upgrading you to a new phone, or look at changing you to a better value sim only plan.

If you are outside your minimum term, you are free to change to a SIM-only plan whenever you like.
Text messages are sent towards the end of your minimum term, advising of your options - changing plan is one of those.
