Hi, this is my first post..my contract expired in October 2024. Last week I was looking for detailed details of my plan/contract which I took out in Oct 2022 and which obviously doesn't exist anymore. I logged into my account and eventually, after much searching, came across a list of all EE plans/contracts that have existed since 2018. It allowed me to sift through and find my plan from Oct 2022 and I was able to see what it included in detail......Today I have tried to find that list of plans but cannot for the life of me remember how I accessed it last week. It's deeply embedded somewhere in your website/app but is not readily available to see. Please could anyone help me to locate it and advise how to access it? To be clear, it was a list of every plan since 2018. You could click on each separate plan to view the details and what was included in each plan. Thank you.

Would it be Pay monthly mobile phone price plans page you were on with our historical plans you were looking for?

@Lucio1965 , if you click on shop at the top of the page and choose either phone or sim only plans, you will find the options there and can choose what you want or otherwise ring customer service and upgrade to speak to someone.
