same - security deposits, itemised billing charges - none mentioned in the (long) call it took to sign up - now many calls to get it all resolved/removed

Write to them recorded delivery, I have had itemised billing removed.

Thanks. I have just spoken to them by phone and it seems to have been done. If not next step will be recorded letter. Appreciate the tip
