Hi all I am trying to contact ee thought there online chat. I can’t contact them through the phone .

any ideas ?

If you're on a pay monthly contract you can use the message system on the EE app under Help - Message us.

Alternatively call 150 from your EE handset.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
