I bought iPhone 17 pro max online at EE. The upfront payment was withdrawn, but the website keeps redirecting me to payment page, so I can’t confirm the purchase. But the money is out of my bank account. I’d like to know where is my iPhone. Could someone help me solve that?

Is your payment a completed or pending transaction? Did you get to the order confirmation page or recieve an e-mail confirmation at all?
We don't have access to orders via this forum but if you let me know the date you ordered the phone, the storage size and colour you ordered I can check what the stock guidance on the model is.
