I would like to talk to someone my contract and on October this month I misplaced my card. I froze my account and I just find that that I am paying £49 for I would like to know why.

@munirjoy misplacing your Sim card and requesting it to be blocked doesn’t stop your contract or the payment that you owe each month. You can not freeze your account you can only request your sim to be block and request a replacement. You still have to pay that contract each month on time. Did you request a replacement sim ?
