Hi,
Ive recently bought a new contract phone, after getting rid of my old sim only phone, which i had on a subscription pack. They sent me a new sim however i’ve just put the one in my old one, into my new one. When i go on the app it is still showing the old pack and not my new contract. any ideas?

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.

You need to create a new MyEE a/c with a diff username. You can't add a contract no. to a PAYG a/c. They don't mix.
