Hi.
I am just after some advice.
I just received a letter from ee saying that I need a new plan as EE will no longer be supporting legacy 3G T-Mobile services.
I currently have one of the old employee call discounts applied to my TMobile account which is for life. I am being told I have to transfer to a new EE plan and I will loose my discount the best they can offer is 20%. Is this correct?
Does anyone have any experience of transferring across to a new EE plan and retaining there old discounts Or what discount did you manage to keep?
Thank you

I managed to keep my Discounts from T Mob and still have them on a EE UL Plan but that was a few years back now.
Every Contract change or renewal is always a gamble with discounts.
You've got a few months yet, only advice I can give is try a talk to the Rentention Team if you can.

@Moss4 The for life discount was from T-Mobile and EE have kept that going for you since the merger of Orange and T-Mobile. EE has ever right to remove any discount you had and I’m sure you’ll find that within the offer T&Cs that T-Mobile gave you for this discount.

I'm in the same sinking ship. Was that their response from calling them?
I haven't acted on it myself yet, but would be interested to hear anyone else's experiences so far

I would definitely recommend calling to discuss it with our Mobile Care team, @RoyalRam.

Thanks @Christopher_G, I will certainly consider it. Can you elaborate though, what have you found in these circumstances?
Forewarned is forearmed and all that.

It would depend on what the discount was and what you need to move to, @RoyalRam.
They will run through all of your options if you do have to remove it.

Hi.
I spoke with someone in the retentions team and they said they are not carrying any of the T-Mobile discounts across. They could only offer me contracts from the existing plans.
I would be interested if any other legacy T-mobile customer are told any different.
