I have had a final bill for £681.14 at no stage has anyone said or asked me if I wanted to close my account which I don’t, my son has a phone and contract with you in my name and a watch and I have a watch as well that I pay monthly for.  This is a huge amount of money that I could not afford to pay in a one off payment and don’t understand why

Hi @Tinahomer68

I would recommend contacting our Mobile Care team as soon as you can to discuss this. They have access to your account and will be able to shed some light on this and hopefully put it right for you.

Have you or your son requested a PAC from EE?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I have for my phone yes as it was out of contract but not for my sons phone or the watches?

That's probably why you've been rendered with a final bill, but it should be only for the contract that you requested the PAC for.

Well that's worrying - I have just asked for a PAC code for one line, and I have 8 other lines that I want to remain active... I'd hate to see the result if EE assume I want to close all!!

I agree with the advice - ring them as son as you can.

Honestly they took near on £700 without even asking, my phone was out of contract but the others were active
