After reducing one of my plans from
£90 to £56 pm (that's excluding the 10% multi line)
My monthly cost per month going forward has dropped by only £19 roughly
(£178 to £159 pm)
I have 3 lines totaling (including 10% of each for the multi line and vat included as stated in the bill breakdown )
£50.41
£59.02
£38.36
£147 is the grand total
It's rather confusing when you break down the simple math and neither side can agree the other maybe wrong I'm more than happy to wait untill the next bill arrives to see if I can spot any further issue but if anyone can spot where I may have went wrong i would appreciate any information

@Léo Are you taking in to account the period before you changed tariffs? You’ll pay your old tariff price until the day your new tariff started up until your billing date. Look at your bill breakdown to see if there are any part changes.

Well it would do if you switched plan about halfway thro' your billing month.
It's all a matter of timing. You are charged for each plan pro-rata.
When is your billing date & when did you upgrade?

This was a partial solution that found me the full solution after going over my billing statement 😁.....
There was a hidden charge in my next billing cycle that had been added as a per month fee for a charge kit that was purchased in full in store during the upgrade and added to my account as a plan add on by mistake once this was found and rectified my bill was dropped
So going forward from this I will be checking every contract issued just to be safe
