Upgrade trade in

I've been offered to trade in my old phone for money off my new contract. It days any condition however there's no more information than that. My phone works however there's a crack on the screen will this effect the trade in? I can't chat online with ee anymore to find out.

@PWin   If it says any condition it means any condition.    Keep a screen shot of that message as you can use this as proof of the any condition for a trade in.
