Normally I log in to the EE website on a windows PC, choose Billing and Payments, and download a copy of the bill in PDF format.
This morning:
(a) there's no longer a Billing and Payments option
(b) following the relevant link suggested on another post produces the following error: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
(c) and the app is also down
Any ideas? Carrier pigeon? Message in a bottle?

While logged out of the EE account, can you clear your browser cookies and cache, then try again?
If you're still having a problem please give our customer service team on 150 where a guide will be able to check your online account settings, and go through options to send out a paper copy if needed in the mean time.
