Hi. I pay my bill online few minutes after midnight and as soon as money left my bank account ad I was waiting for a redirection to re payment website app close it self and I end up with no payment confirmation. App still showing that my bill is unpaid but money left my bank account. What can I do to get payment confirmation as I’m starting to be worried now.
Any ideas?

Can you text BILL to 150, does this show the balance has been paid?

The payment can take 24 hours to process, if this is showing unpaid after this time please call us on 150 or 0800 079 8586.
