3 weeks of talk's with ee shop 3 times phone 4 times.

We mobile internet has issue at my work place and only my workplace.

Three other colleagues on ee have the same problem and have raised complaints.

Ee have admitted they can't fix this.

Fyi giff gaff and Tesco mobiles don't have this issue its specific to EE.

When i cancel what happens with my phone it's in mint condition.

I won't be paying any early contract cancel penalties as ee are the issue.

Ive never complained in 12 years I've never missed a payment.

One of your escalation staff suggested i use my company WiFi 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I was livid!!!

What will happen nobody can tell me as they have never had anyone cancel for this before.

Sad to be leaving.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Did you ever get a resolution for this.

I have same issues. I went further and did experiments with colleagues phones on other networks all work perfect.

Think I'm going to rest this in court EE have been useless considering I've been a customer for 13 years with zero complaints.

Threatening me with bad credit ratings or early cancel fees don't wash.

When i was asked to use my works internet they made my mind up.

Are you merging all my posts into one thread.

Screen grabbed.

Amazing 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Aka ammo

Wow 🤣

@Markybhoy75   Is this indoors or outside?   And yes your posts are getting merged together,   If your posting over lots of forums you’ll get responses on them forums.  Having your posts all in one place keeps the replies all in one place.

Hi @Chris_B  does ee have someone who deal's with media.

I'm in talks with consumer TV programme and they are interested in my case but want ee to have a right to reply which of course is perfect.

I'm pretty good value on the phone as about 10 of your colleagues have found out the last 3 weeks 🤣🤣.

I assume there will be details in the letter I've yet to receive regarding contacting an ombudsman.

Also any details on what that may entail.

Can you add anything you asked if it was indoors or outdoors.

Best regards

Marky

@Markybhoy75  so 12 years with EE and now all of a sudden something changed?

Have you moved to a new work building or has something else changed?

Mobile internet has always been sketchy definitely worse the last 6 month's.

Needed it recently and has been non existent.

Did some experiments with other networks gif gafl Tesco o2 Vodafone all work fine.

Older phones paying a fraction of what i am very month have no issues.

Two other colleges on ee the same android and iPhone

I make rf part's for communication.its possibly to so with that. Not my problem. I've proven it's ee specific.

Literally proven and ee say tough pay up or go to ombudsman.

Joke really and frustrating

@Markybhoy75  No network will guarantee a single indoors the building can block signals and also what’s in the building could interfere with a signal.

As you say it’s got worse in the last 6 months do something has changed somewhere.  That could even be a new building between you and the mast.        What’s the signal like outside that building?    If you are getting signal outside then your contract between EE and yourself is being honoured.

If you have access to Wi-Fi you can always use Wi-Fi calling as this is a reason for it.

You say two other colleagues one with android, and one with an iPhone.  Can you please confirm do they have this same issue or are their devices ok ?

Hi thanks for the reply.

I don't have access to WiFi even if I did that's not the issues.

I'm paying EE for mobile internet.

Are you saying the contract only guarantees calling.

I don't call anyone in fact being on the phone to you guys for approx 5 Hours is probably more than I've racked up in the last 5 years.

Yes the other two devices have same issue sorry for confusion there.

Three complaints from this postcode mine is further down the line than theirs.

Well i now have 3 as the complaints been closed on your end and reopened twice.

To reiterate are you saying my contract with you is only for Voice calls.

Also to reiterate I've tried every other network with colleagues phones all good. It's ee specific.

In my eyes that's grounds to challenge this. I'm about to find out.

I've got my contract at home but will get one From a shop tommorow. Im sure they will be the same .

Cheers
