Mobile credit running out when not been used

I have a mobile kept at home for emergencies, on a pay as you go scheme. The credit should roll over as long as I am £10 in credit, but it keeps running out even though it's not been used. It's not connected to the internet so not using mobile data.

@hazelnut7  Are you purchasing packs ?  If you are these last 30 days but if you not using packs then the credit will roll over until used.  When you got this sim did you text STOP PACK to 150 ?  All EE sims are set to use packs until you send that text and then you’ll use credit on the account to pay for calls/texts.  You’ll not have data usage as credit can not be used directly against data usage.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@hazelnut7 , just remember to make a chargeable call or text at least once every six months, otherwise you will lose your number, but it will first go into hibernation and then after a certain time, you will lose it and it will be recycled.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

PAYG credit should roll over regardless of how much it is as long as you don't buy anything, like packs, with it. If you are auto buying recurring packs but don't want them then text STOP PACK to 150.
