My pack and boosts aren't renewing

I've been using an EE pay as you go 30-day sim only plan for many many years, and up until now I've been very happy with it.

However, I topped up £10 last night as I usually do, but my "pack" didn't auto-renew.

When I checked my EE app to find out what was wrong, it suggested I buy a new pack, but doing this would remove the free boosts I have accumulated on my account.

I currently have over 30 free boosts of 500mb, as I have been using this plan for YEARS without any issues.

I do not want to lose all my boosts and start over because I picked the wrong option. Please help?

@Hysvear : Switching from legacy packs to the modern packs will not lose your existing Boosts. Why do you say it will?

Your pack may not have auto renewed cuz EE may now have withdrawn legacy packs.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
